Can ASICS add a promo code after I place my order?

No. ASICS cannot add a promotion code after you place the order. Select Apply in the Shopping Bag and wait for the lower price to appear in the total and beside each eligible product before continuing with payment.

Why will my ASICS code not work on GEL KAYANO or GEL NIMBUS shoes?

These shoes are excluded from all promotional and discount codes. ASICS also excludes METASPEED™, MAGIC SPEED™, SUPERBLAST™, GEL CUMULUS™, GT 2000™, MEGABLAST™, collaborations and partnered initiatives.

Changing the colour or size within the same excluded family will not help. Remove the excluded products or choose an eligible product covered by the offer.

What are the ASICS rules for using discounts on sale items and stacking offers?

Sale eligibility and stacking depend on the benefit. Student and healthcare benefits cannot reduce sale or already reduced merchandise, and neither can be combined with another coupon, promotion, offer or account benefit.

The 10% first order benefit covers eligible ASICS Outlet purchases but has exclusions and cannot be combined with another promotion. Other OneASICS™ offers may cover selected sale products when their individual terms explicitly allow it.

How do I use the ASICS student or healthcare discount in Ireland?

Use the benefit through your OneASICS™ account. Join or sign in, choose your eligible group and complete verification through SheerID. Once approved, ASICS emails you and connects the benefit to your account.

Log in before shopping and apply the account benefit to qualifying products in your Shopping Bag. You do not need to enter a separate promo code.

Students receive 10% off selected full price footwear, clothing and accessories. For example, an eligible €120 item is reduced by €12 to €108 before delivery charges.

The verified benefit remains valid in your account for one year, but you can use it for only one purchase in each 90-day period. It is available through ASICS.com, not ASICS retail stores.

Pro tip: If the benefit is missing after approval, make sure you are using the same OneASICS™ account used for verification.

Why is my OneASICS 10% first order discount not showing?

It is an ASICS Outlet benefit, not a general discount for your first order on the main ASICS Ireland website. It applies only to eligible purchases through the ASICS Outlet website or Outlet stores.

The benefit has product exclusions and cannot be combined with another promotion. On an eligible €80 Outlet purchase, the 10% discount removes €8 and leaves a €72 total.

If you are shopping through the Outlet, sign in to the correct OneASICS™ account and check whether the product is excluded.

Why did I not receive my ASICS birthday discount?

You receive the OneASICS™ 15% birthday reward only if you joined at least one month before your birthday and agreed to receive ASICS marketing communications. Joining during your birthday month may be too late for that year's reward.

ASICS sends the reward by email. Check the birthday and marketing settings in your Member Account, then look in your spam and promotions folders. A 15% discount reduces an eligible €100 purchase to €85.

Pro tip: Keep marketing communications enabled before your next birthday so ASICS can send the reward when you meet the timing requirement.
