Why isn't my schuh promo code or SCHUH CLUB benefit working?
The cause depends on the type of discount:
- Enter promo and student codes in the promotional/student discount code box.
- For THE SCHUH CLUB, open Discounts/Promo Codes/Gift cards in your shopping bag, then sign in or enter the Loyalty ID beginning with LOY.
- Enter a SCHUH CLUB gift card in the separate gift card box.
- Remove any other offer because schuh normally accepts one discount per transaction.
- Check the validity period and whether the code has already been used. Second purchase, birthday and anniversary invitation codes expire after a stated number of days and are limited to one use.
- Check the products. These invitation offers require full price or selected full price products and exclude listed products, gift cards and delivery charges.
Pro tip: Keep the offer email open while checking out so you can confirm its validity period, eligible products and unique code.
Can I use a schuh promo code on sale items?
It depends on the offer. Verified THE SCHUH CLUB STUDENTS members receive 10% off eligible full price and sale items when signed in, although product exclusions still apply.
Second purchase, birthday and anniversary invitation offers apply only to full price or selected full price products. The Sell Your Soles voucher also requires a full price item costing more than €25.
For example, an eligible €50 sale pair costs €45 with the verified student discount.
Can I combine a schuh promo code with a SCHUH CLUB reward?
Usually no. Regular THE SCHUH CLUB members must choose between their reward balance and a promotional code. Verified THE SCHUH CLUB STUDENTS members can use SCHUH CLUB rewards with their 10% student discount.
How do I get the schuh student discount in Ireland?
Join THE SCHUH CLUB STUDENTS using your main email and an academic email recognised by schuh, then follow the verification link sent to your student address. Once verified, sign in when shopping online to receive 10% off eligible items automatically.
You can instead obtain a student code from Student Beans or UNiDAYS, or send a picture of your student card through Facebook Messenger or X. Present valid student ID when shopping in a store.
If the verification link expires, sign in with your Student Loyalty ID and request another. Check your student inbox and junk folder for the replacement.
Where can I find a schuh promo code?
Start with schuh promo codes verified by DontPayFull, then check schuh's Promotions page, emails and THE SCHUH CLUB account offers. To receive a birthday invitation, provide your birthday and opt into schuh emails at least eight days beforehand.
What refund will I get if I return something bought with a schuh code?
schuh refunds the reduced price you paid, not the original price. Invitation, student and Sell Your Soles benefits are not restored after you return the item.
For example, if a discount reduces an €80 item to €72, you receive €72 back rather than €80 or another use of the offer.
Can I use a schuh Sell Your Soles voucher online?
Yes, after donating an acceptable pair of shoes at a schuh store. schuh gives you a €5 Sell Your Soles voucher that you can use in an Irish store or on schuh.ie against a full price item costing more than €25. It cannot be combined with another offer.
A €40 eligible item costs €35 after the voucher. An item priced exactly €25 does not qualify because the price must be more than €25.
How do I claim schuh's single-shoe discount for a disability or medical condition?
Ask in an Irish schuh store. Subject to stock, schuh reduces the price of a single shoe by 50% when the purchase supports someone with a medical condition or disability.
The discount is not normally available online and does not cover a pair made from two different sizes. Ask the Customer Experience Team if you need mixed sizes, cannot visit a store or the store cannot fulfil the purchase.
A valid SCHUH CLUB loyalty voucher may apply subject to exclusions, but schuh does not combine the single-shoe discount with another offer.
