Why is my Fields promo code not working?

Each Fields promotion has its own qualifying products and exclusions. Check the terms supplied with your code against every item in your bag. Depending on the offer, Fields may exclude gift cards, repairs, preorders, limited editions, price matched products, cleaning products or particular jewellery and watch collections.

Pro tip: If your order meets the published conditions but the code is still rejected, send the code and product names to the Fields Concierge Team through live chat before paying.

Can I combine a Fields promo code with Privilege Club, a sale price or price matching?

No. Fields does not combine promo codes with Privilege Club reductions, sale prices or purchases using the Price Match Promise. A gift with purchase promotion may also prevent another code, so you may need to choose between the gift and the discount.

For example, if Fields reduces a €200 item by 25%, its sale price is €150. A separate 10% code will not reduce it again, so you pay €150.

Why is my Fields Privilege Club discount not showing in my Shopping Bag?

The Privilege Club starts providing purchasing benefits from your second purchase. Log into the account connected to your first transaction before adding eligible full-price products.

Fields currently applies 10% to eligible non-branded jewellery, diamonds, wedding bands, silver jewellery, fashion watches and giftware. It applies 5% to eligible luxury watches. Exclusions include Born Lab Grown Diamonds, Tulip Setting, Orchid Setting, gift cards, repairs, preorders, limited editions, price matched products and cleaning products.

If you are logged in, have made a previous purchase and still see no reduction, check whether Fields has marked the item with an offer price. Privilege Club reductions apply only to full-price products. If the eligible item is at full price, contact the Concierge Team.

How do I qualify for the Fields Privilege Club birthday discount?

Join the Privilege Club, make at least one purchase and opt into Fields emails at least 30 days before your birthday. During your birthday month, log into your account online or present your birthday email in a Fields store.

The birthday benefit brings your reduction to 15% on one eligible product in one transaction. It excludes sale items, lab grown diamond jewellery and luxury watches.

Can Fields apply my promo code after I complete my order?

No. Fields cannot apply a promotional code or reimburse the difference after you place the order. If the discount is not showing before payment, pause the purchase and ask the Concierge Team to check the code.

Why can't I enter my Fields Gift Voucher as a promo code online?

A Fields Gift Voucher is not a promotional code and cannot currently be redeemed directly during online checkout. Contact the Concierge Team, which can process the online order manually and apply up to five Gift Vouchers in one transaction.

A Fields Gift Card works differently. You can use it in Fields stores in the Republic of Ireland, but not on fields.ie.
