Why is my eDreams promo code not working?
An eDreams code may require:
- A particular booking type, such as flights or flight + hotel
- A minimum qualifying booking value
- The eDreams app or a specific website market
- An active Prime membership or a first Prime subscription
- A one-way or return booking rather than multi-city
- First-use eligibility or a one-use-per-person limit
- Redemption before the campaign closes or reaches its limit
Fees and extras may not count toward the minimum. For example, if a code requires a €300 qualifying value, a €285 flight with €20 baggage and a €10 management fee still has a qualifying amount of €285. The code will not apply, and the final price remains €315.
Pro tip: Remove extras temporarily and compare the underlying flight or package price with the code threshold to see whether excluded charges caused the failure.
What does “The maximum number of vouchers for this campaign has been reached” mean on eDreams?
The campaign has reached its redemption cap. Changing your flight, passenger details or payment method will not restore availability, so you must continue without the voucher or use another active code.
Does an eDreams promo code cover baggage, seats and booking fees?
Usually not, unless the offer says otherwise. Flight codes normally reduce the qualifying air ticket price, while eDreams can exclude management fees, baggage, seat reservations, insurance, car rental and other extras.
A flight + hotel code can cover a qualifying package when its terms include that booking type. The flight and hotel may need to be reserved together, and some offers require the hotel stay to cover the full trip.
Pro tip: Compare the discount with the flight or package subtotal rather than the final checkout total.
Can I combine an eDreams promo code with a Prime price or another offer?
Yes, in some cases. Some codes work with a Prime discount when their terms permit it, and Prime members can combine their automatic Prime price with exclusive app promotions.
Other campaign terms prohibit combining a code with a sale, voucher or special offer. Log in to Prime before searching in the app, then select Validate during checkout to see whether the code reduces the Prime price further.
Can I add an eDreams promo code after booking?
No. eDreams does not apply missed promo codes retrospectively, so you must enter and validate the code before paying.
Cancelling and rebooking solely to use a code may cost more than the saving because airline cancellation conditions and charges still apply.
What happens if my eDreams voucher is worth more than my booking?
eDreams applies no more than the eligible booking price. You lose any unused value and cannot carry it to another reservation or request it as cash.
For example, if a €60 voucher applies to a €45 eligible booking, the eligible price becomes €0 and the remaining €15 is lost.
Pro tip: Use the voucher on an eligible booking worth at least the voucher amount.
Why is my eDreams Prime discount missing?
The Prime price appears only when your subscription is active, you are logged in, and the Prime account holder is travelling on the reservation.
Pro tip: Confirm that the login email matches your Prime account and that the account holder appears in the passenger list.
