Why is my FatFace promo code not working?

Apply the code in the Promo Code box in your Shopping Bag, not after continuing to checkout. Some promotions are unavailable through Apple Pay express checkout, so return to the normal Shopping Bag if necessary.

For a personal, birthday, student or graduate offer, sign in to the FatFace account that received the code before applying it.

Pro tip: If Apple Pay express checkout rejects the code, return to the normal Shopping Bag and sign in before trying it again.

Can I use a FatFace promo code on sale items or with another offer?

No. FatFace excludes sale items from promotional codes, and codes cannot be used during Sale periods. They also do not apply to delivery charges, gift vouchers or gift cards. Products already included in another promotion, such as a multibuy, may not qualify for another reduction.

You can use only one promotional code per order. If your account has several unused promotions, FatFace applies the one with the largest cash saving and leaves the others for later orders.

For example, if an €80 qualifying bag has a 15% account promotion and a 10% account promotion, FatFace applies the 15% offer. You save €12, pay €68 and retain the 10% offer for a later eligible order.

Why has my FatFace 15% welcome discount not appeared?

The 15% welcome discount loads automatically only when you create your first full account and sign in. Guest checkout does not qualify, and there is no code to enter.

The discount is valid for one use and remains in your account until used. If it does not appear, remove sale products or products already receiving another promotion, such as a multibuy, then refresh your bag while signed in.

Can I get a FatFace student, graduate, teacher, key worker or military discount in Ireland?

Students and graduates can get unique codes through Student Beans or Student Beans Graduate. Apply the code while signed in to the FatFace account belonging to the code holder. Each unique code can be used once per customer, and Student Beans provides the current reduction and expiry.

FatFace’s Ireland site also advertises 10% off full price products online and in store through Blue Light Card, Discounts for Teachers and Defence Discount Service. Its eligibility wording names UK Armed Forces, teachers, Emergency Services and NHS or social care members. These codes cannot be combined with another offer and do not apply to gift cards.

How much do I need to spend to use a FatFace money off PIN?

Your qualifying products must total €0.01 more than the PIN value unless the offer states a different minimum. A €20 money off PIN therefore requires at least €20.01 of qualifying spend.

If FatFace applies the full €20 PIN to a qualifying bag worth €20.01, you pay €0.01 before delivery. Sale products, delivery charges, gift vouchers and gift cards do not count towards the qualifying total.
