Why is my Wish promo code not working?

A red Wish error means the code is invalid, expired, already used or incompatible with the promotion’s conditions. Messages can include “oops, this code is no longer available” and “sorry, code expired.”

Check:

The offer’s valid through date.
Any minimum purchase requirement.
Whether you have already used the code.
Whether your items and account qualify.
Whether another offer is already applied.

Wish will not recreate or replace a code that expired before you could use it.

Can I use a Wish promo code on sale items or with another coupon?

Wish allows only one promo code per order, and codes generally cannot be combined with other offers unless the particular promotion permits it. A code therefore may not reduce an item that already has a promotional price, such as a timed Blitz Buy price.

Coupons created from Wish reward points also use the single promo code slot. You can choose a 5%, 10% or 15% reward coupon, but you cannot apply several to the same order.

Why did my Wish up to 50% coupon give me a smaller discount?

An up to 50% Wish promotion can provide any discount from 5% to 50%. It does not guarantee the maximum rate, and the offer may also cap the total saving.

For example, on €40 of eligible items:

A 5% result takes off €2, so you pay €38.
A 50% result takes off €20, so you pay €20.

Can I add a Wish promo code after placing my order?

No. Wish cannot apply a promo code after you place the order.

You have one hour after ordering to request cancellation. Open Order History, select the item and choose Need help with this item? to start Wish Assistant. If it cancels the order, you can place a new order and apply the code before payment.

Wish does not return a promo code that was used on a cancelled order, so do not cancel solely to replace a code already applied.
