Why is my Deliveroo promo code not working?
A Deliveroo code usually fails because the order does not meet one of its conditions. Check:
- The expiry and redemption period.
- Whether the code is valid in Ireland and at your delivery address.
- Whether it is limited to the app, new customers, Plus members or another selected group.
- Whether your chosen restaurant and items participate.
- Whether qualifying items reach the minimum before fees, tips and excluded products.
- Whether you have already used the voucher.
If a voucher is on your account but does not qualify, it will not appear on the payment page. Change the basket or choose another participating restaurant.

Can I use a Deliveroo promo code on food that is already discounted?
Usually no. Deliveroo allows only one voucher and normally prevents it from being used with another Deliveroo offer. A specific promotion can override this rule when its terms and the app allow the combination.
For example, Tasty Thursday may combine with certain vouchers. Deliveroo applies the restaurant saving first, and the reduced basket must then meet the voucher minimum.
A qualifying €30 basket with 20% off falls to €24. A voucher requiring €25 after the restaurant offer will not apply, so the order costs €24 plus applicable fees.
Pro tip: Recheck the eligible subtotal after the restaurant offer appears, because that lower amount decides whether the voucher works.
Can I use two Deliveroo promo codes on the same order?
No. Deliveroo permits one voucher per order, and each voucher can be used only once.
If several eligible vouchers are attached to your account, Deliveroo normally applies the one with the earliest expiry date. A restaurant offer may occasionally combine with one voucher, but only when the specific offer terms and the app permit it.

Why is my new customer Deliveroo code being rejected?
A new email address alone does not guarantee eligibility. Deliveroo may refuse a new customer voucher if the credit card details, delivery name or delivery address are already in its system.
The voucher must be used on your first eligible order and meet its restaurant, location, item and minimum spend rules. Creating another account does not make you a new customer if you previously had a Deliveroo account.
Will Deliveroo return my promo code if I cancel the order?
No. Deliveroo does not restore a voucher after you cancel the order on which it was used, so you cannot use it again.
If it was a new customer voucher, Deliveroo also stops treating you as a new customer. You will not qualify for another new customer voucher later.
Can I use a Deliveroo Gift Card and a promo code together?
No. Deliveroo does not allow a Gift Card to be redeemed alongside a promotional code or voucher.
Any unused Gift Card value can remain in your Deliveroo account until its stated expiry, subject to the Gift Card terms.
How do I get the Deliveroo student discount in Ireland?
Verify through UNiDAYS while Deliveroo is accepting signups for its published Deliveroo Students promotion. You must be at least 18 and have a university email address ending in .ac.ie.
UNiDAYS emails you a six-digit number to enter in Deliveroo. Once verified, you can receive Deliveroo Plus Silver for up to three years and access the student offers available to your account.
Under the published Irish rules, free delivery requires a minimum spend of €18 at restaurants or €30 at grocery and retail shops. Other fees can still apply.

Why can't I use a Deliveroo Plus partner offer?
You need an active Deliveroo Plus subscription, the offer must be available in your area, and your order must meet the conditions in the offer email.
Each Plus partner voucher can be used once. You have 30 days after receiving the email to add it to your account, then seven days to redeem it. If Deliveroo did not email you an offer, you may be outside the delivery range of a participating partner that month.
Pro tip: Add the code only when you expect to order soon, so its seven-day redemption period does not expire first.
